Cloakbox using TCP

When you ordered your Cloakbox, you should have received a welcome letter inside the box your CloakBox came in, within that letter are some important details needed for logging in and making changes to your Cloakbox. Here is a sample:

1. Using the login information provided in your welcome letter, log into your Cloakbox using your favorite web browser.

2. Click on the Services tab:

3. Then the VPN sub-tab as shown below:

4. Scroll down the page until you reach the section OpenVPN Client as shown:

5. Change the following (shown below):

Server IP/Name: from vpn.witopia.net to tcpvpn.witopia.net

Port: from 1194 to 443

Tunnel Protocol: from UDP to TCP

6. Then click "Save", "Apply", then "Reboot" the Cloakbox.

tcpvpn.witopia.net - all alternate port personalVPN™ servers
tcpvpn.hkg.witopia.net - alternate port server(s) in Hong Kong, CN
tcpvpn.iad.witopia.net - alternate port server(s) in Northern Virginia
tcpvpn.lax.witopia.net - alternate port server(s) in Los Angeles, CA, US
tcpvpn.man.witopia.net - alternate port server(s) in Manchester, UK
